HM The King Calls for Deeper Understanding of Forests

In his opening speech, His Majesty the King of Sweden called for a deeper understanding of the role of forests in society and in mitigating climate change.

“We need to recognise and understand the important role forests have in mitigating climate change.” he stated, “And we also need to listen more to science to understand better how the forests can contribute to a sustainable future.”
