Here, you can meet five Swedish government agencies that work for forests and the future:

In the Public Sweden area, you can listen to and engage with exciting speakers and experts, join us for movie time, or come talk with us about forests and the work and role of public agencies. You are also welcome to sit and relax or charge your phone.
Keep an eye out for the Public Sweden schedule for planned activities during the week. This will be posted before the congress. The schedule will be displayed in the Public Sweden area as well as on the IUFRO World Congress website and the delegate app.
For example, don’t miss out on our seminar on Monday, 23 June, 13.00-14.00 in room K.11. We will discuss Five Public Sweden Perspectives: The Role of Forests for Society – Beyond Wood and Carbon. It is an open seminar where everyone is welcome, and no pre-registration is needed, but spots are limited and offered by a first come, first served principle.

The Swedish Forest Agency have pioneered HoloHerb, an innovative educational tool utilizing Microsoft Hololens to teach about forest damages through interactive holograms. In this presentation Halil Radogoshi, senior advisor and AI expert, will show how HoloHerb is setting a new standard in forest damage education.
