MEETING POINT FOR DEPARTURE for this tour:

DAY 1 – 29 June, 10.30 – Meeting at Stockholm Central Station.
Departure with Arlanda Express to Airport (11.05–11.23)
A coordinator with a sign IUFRO POST congress tour Northern Sweden and Finland will be in the center of the Main Hall, nearby the iron railings around a circular skylight looking down to the lower level.
13.35–18.05 Flight Stockholm (ARN) – Oslo – Harstad/Narvik.

The program will end in Rovaniemi, Finland on DAY 6 – 4 July.

Price: EUR 3120* per person in a double room / EUR 3390* per person in single room

Transportation:

  • Private transfer – executive 49-seater coach at disposal for all days
  • Airfare for flight from Stockholm to Narvik on DAY 1 – 29 June with a 10 kg hand luggage and a checked bag of up to 23 kg

Guide: Tour guide (bus) and local guides with technical expertise
Accommodation as per plan: 5 nights in 3–4 star hotels
Food: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for all days (as per plan). Drinks and tips are not included.

THE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Airfare for International Flights from Rovaniemi Airport on the last day of the tour.
  • Payment for service provided on personal basis.
  • Expenses incurred due to mishap, landslide, strikes, political unrest etc. In such cases extra will be charged as per actual
  • Cost for services which is not mentioned in “Inclusions”.
  • Personal expenses on items such as Laundry, Soft & Hard Drinks, bottled Water, Incidentals, Porterage, and Bell-Boy charges, Tips etc.
